What does happiness mean to you?

Many people believe that happiness comes from attaining status, money, or possessions.
But Buddhism teaches this: What determines happiness is always your ‘mind’.

The mind that feels happiness can be cultivated by yourself.
Buddhism calls these the Four Immeasurable Minds.
The mind that wishes for others' happiness (Loving-kindness), the mind that empathizes with others' suffering (Compassion), the mind that rejoices in others' joy (Sympathetic Joy), and the mind that accepts all equally (Equanimity).

By cultivating these minds, you can become happy right now, without spending money. That is what it teaches.
